Loved the cozy room but the stairs were a real workout!

absolutely underwhelming! no lift, as if it’s still the 19th century. the room was tiny, not at all what i expected for the price. i even thought a complimentary upgrade would’ve been nice for enduring those ridiculous stairs, but no luck there. breakfast at a nearby cafe, really? next time, i’ll know better, i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t!

I spent 3 nights in a Superior Double or Twin Room. The location was perfect, super close to all the sights. The room was gorgeous and elegantly designed. The staff was welcoming and offered great tips for local dining. Plus, there's a terrace for a unique view of the area! 🌄

But those stairs! After two nights, I felt like I could audition for a climbing show—who knew getting to my room required cardio?

My stay at Primavera Mini Hotel was delightful. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming me warmly and providing recommendations for local dining. The room was spacious and immaculate, featuring a lovely view and all the amenities I needed, including delightful snacks and drinks.

Stairs can be a challenge.

The staff was very helpful, offering to assist with my suitcase upon my arrival, which was a thoughtful gesture given the steep climb to the hotel.

The lack of a lift made accessing my room quite challenging, especially with luggage. be prepared for a significant number of stairs.

Unexpected journey up the hill

Primavera Mini Hotel offered an unforgettable experience in the heart of Perugia. The staff was exceptionally warm and provided excellent local dining recommendations, making me feel right at home. My room was not just clean but beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that made my stay special. The hotel's central location made visiting museums and landmarks effortless, and the peaceful atmosphere was a perfect retreat after a day exploring.

However, the climb from the parking area to the hotel was a bit daunting, especially with luggage in tow. As there’s no elevator, be prepared for the stairs. Despite this challenge, the welcoming environment made it a minor inconvenience overall.

Ideal location and friendly vibes!

Super cozy place in the heart of Perugia! Chiara was seriously the best host, always ready with tips and a smile. The MiniMetro is super close, which made getting around super easy. We had snacks waiting in our room, which was a nice touch. Just a heads up, that walk from parking to the hotel can be a bit of a trek, especially with luggage.

Clean rooms with lovely snacks available, and the incredibly welcoming host made the stay enjoyable. The location is a real perk, just a short walk to the city center and close to the MiniMetro. However, be prepared for a steep climb from the parking area to the hotel, and while the shower pressure was impressive, the stairs to access the room can be a workout.

the stairs are a bit tough, but at least the location is super close to everything. chiara and anna were super helpful and gave great suggestions. the breakfast was fresh and delicious and the room was clean and cozy.
